Eligibility for Returns


Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition (e.g., unopened cleanroom consumables, unwashed protective gear).
Customized products (e.g., logo-printed ESD clothing) are non-returnable unless defective.


How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
Package the items securely, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship to the address provided by our team.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).


Refunds & Exchanges


Once we receive and inspect the returned items (typically 3–5 business days), we will process:
Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: For defective or incorrect items, we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Used products (e.g., opened cleanroom wipes, worn safety gloves).
Customized or personalized items.
Products damaged due to improper use or handling.
